300 g ziti / 150 g lean ham / 4 small
chicken dumplings / 100 g mushrooms / 100 g
green olives pitted / 100 g cream / 100 g
grated cheese / butter 100g / 4 mouthfuls of 1 lemon /
Parsley / salt, pepper / nutmeg.
Cook the ziti broken into two approximately 10 minutes. Monitor the cooking, they must remain firm. Drain. Cut ham into cubes. Mince the mushrooms, sprinkle lemon juice and brown in the half of the butter. In a heavy saucepan, bring the rest of butter, add the ziti, ham, dumplings cut in two, then the mushrooms. Heat lifting ziti until everything is very hot. Reduce heat. Season lightly (salt, pepper, nutmeg). Add olives, blanched few minutes, the cream and cheese. Mix gently. In man the bite warmed in the oven. Serve immediately!
