Thai pizza

Ingredients
500 grams of clean beef in one piece (chuck, round)
2 amount for basic pizza dough (see basic pizza dough)
3 tablespoons of tomato puree
2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
3 young onions, minced
1 carrot cut in thin strips
2 celery stick, cut in thin strips

Thai marinade
1 mashed clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of thin grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons of fresh coriander, minced

Preparation

  1. Marinade: In a bowl mix the garlic, soy sauce, lemon grating and coriander. Set aside
  2. Heat a Teflon pan at high heat and cook the meat for 1 minute on each side. Take out and cut in thin slices. Soak in the marinade and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the pizza dough as explained in the recipe and cover two greased rectangular molds of 15 x 25 cm.
  4. Mix the tomato puree with the chili sauce, spread over the pizza dough and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Over the two pizza based place the onions, carrots and celery. Then organize the meat slices on top and bake for another 10 minutes or until the base is golden and the covering hot.

Oven temperature 200C
