Yogurt and chicken pizza 4 servings
Ingredients 1 amount for basic pizza dough (see basic pizza dough) ½ cup (125 ml) of natural yogurt 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, minced 1 tablespoon of mango chutney 250 grams of chicken, cooked and minced 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander leaves 3 tablespoons of pine kernels
Preparation
Prepare the pasta like explained in the recipe. For a 30 cm disc. Place on a greased pan. Put on the side.
In a bowl mix the yogurt, mint and chutney. Spread the mix on the pizza dough and bake for 15 minutes.
Add on the pizza the chicken, red pepper, coriander leaves and pine kernels. Bake for 10-15 or until the crust is golden.
Note Oven temperature 200C This pizza is ideal to save chicken leftovers and make something special. Originally, this pizza is made with leftover lamb, either roast or boiled.
