Pasta with six herb sauce

Pasta with six herb sauce
4 servings

Ingredients
500 grams of pasta (your choice)

Six herb sauce
30 grams of butter
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
12 leaves of fresh salvia
12 leaves of fresh basil
2 tablespoons of fresh marjoram
2 tablespoons of fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley leaves
2 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ (60 ml) of white wine
¼ (50 ml) of vegetable broth

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta ‘al dente’ in boiling water with salt. Drain and keep hot.
  2. Sauce: Heat butter in a frying pan at medium heat. Sauté for 1-2 minutes the rosemary, salvia, basil, marjoram, oregano, garlic and parsley.
  3. Add the broth and wine. Lower the flame and season for 4 minutes. Serve this sauce over the pasta and mix slightly.

Note
It is equally delicious as a light meal or starter in a formal dinner, this dish must only be made using fresh herbs not dry ones. You can change the herbs depending what you find in each season: if you can only find four of the herbs mentioned in the recipe, use those only.
