Pasta salad

Ingredients
500 grams of spiral noodles
100 grams of tomatoes, finely sliced
100 grams of artichoke hearts, minced
75 grams of dry chili or fried bell peppers, pealed and minced
125 grams of black olives
12 leaves of fresh basil
60 grams of parmesan cheese peelings
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 table spoons of vinegar

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt. Drain, rinse and let it cool.
  2. In a salad bowl place the pasta, tomatoes, pieces of artichoke, olives, bell pepper or dry chili, basil and parmesan cheese, oil and vinegar. Mix slightly. Cover and refrigerate until it is served.

Note
This delicious salad mixes the best flavors of Italy. It is even better when accompanied with toast and fried cheese in butter. Tastes better when prepared the day before so the flavors have time to blend.
