Ham and fig pizza 4 servings
Ingredients 1 amount for basic pizza dough (see basic pizza dough) 2 teaspoons of olive oil 125 grams of raw ham 4 fresh or dry figs, sliced 60 grams of pine kernels 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, minced or ½ teaspoon of dry rosemary freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Prepare the pizza dough as explained in the recipe. Divide in four portions and make a 15 cm disk with one. Place on a greased pan.
- Spread the olive oil, ham and fig slices. Sprinkle the pine kernels, rosemary and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza base is golden.
Note Oven temperature 190C This pizza is excellent when there are plenty of fresh figs. If you want a complete meal, add a salad and a cup of white wine.
