Green salad with creamy dressing
10 servings

Ingredients
6 slices of bacon, minced
2 lettuces (clean and hand torn)
250 grams of tomatoes, cut in half
2 carrots cut in strips
2 celery sticks, cut in strips
125 grams of peas

Creamy dressing
½ (125 ml) of mayonnaise
½ (125 ml) of sour cream
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Fry the bacon in its own grease until its golden. Drain and place on paper towels and let it cool.
  2. In a large salad bowl put the lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, celery, peas and bacon.
  3. Dressing: In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and season with black pepper. Pour over the salad. Cover and refrigerate until its served.

Note
If you don’t have time to make pizza with brews yeast, use the bun dough which is quicker.
