Garlic and pasta salad
8 servings

Ingredients
20 cloves of garlic, not peeled
8 strips of bacon, minced
30 grams of butter
2 cups (250 grams) of ground bread (from the night before)
4 tablespoons of fresh herbs, minced (leaves)
freshly ground black pepper
750 grams of
spaghetti or elbow spinach noodles or natural

Preparation

  1. With a small amount of oil fry the garlic until they soften and are golden. Peal and set aside.
  2. Fry the bacon in its own grease until golden. Drain over paper towels.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the herbs, pepper and ground bread, fry for 4-5 minutes or until the bread is golden.
  4. Cook the pasta ‘al dente’ in plenty of water with salt. Drain well and place in a salad bowl. Add the garlic, bacon and seasoned bread. Mix and serve right away.

Note
If you wish, cook the garlic, fry the bacon and mix the bread several hours before hand. Leave the cooking of the pasta and preparation of the salad for the last minute.
