Easy chili and bean pizza
4 servings

Ingredients
1 pizza base with a 25 cm base (bought or homemade)
1 can (440 grams) of beans with Mexican chilies
2 chilies, without seeds and sliced
250 grams of manchengo cheese, grated
freshly ground black pepper
30 grams of totopos or tortilla chips
3 tablespoons of sour cream

Preparation

  1. Place the pizza base in a greased pan and add the beans. Sprinkle the sliced chilies, cheese and season with black pepper.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the base is cooked and golden. Adorn with the tortilla chips and sour cream.

Oven temperature 220C
