Chicken satay pizza

Ingredients
2 amount for basic pizza dough (see basic pizza dough)
1 cup (250 ml) of satay sauce
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, cut in thin strips
100 grams of germinated beans
1 cooked chicken, only the meat cut in strips
200 grams of cheddar type cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Prepare the pizza as explained in the recipe and form two disk of 30 cm. Place on a greased pan and spread the satay sauce.
  2. Onto each pizza base add the red and green peppers, carrots and germinated beans; then place half the chicken and half the cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until its golden and the cheese melts.

Oven temperature 200C
In this pizza you can use fired or roast chicken leftovers, although you can also add roast beef, turkey or lamb leftovers. If you only want one pizza, use half the ingredients. Satay sauce is a mixture of soy sauce, grated onions, mashed avocado, cumin and broth to dilute it. The amounts depend on your tastes.
