Herb and requeson (ricotta) pizza

Ingredients
1 amount for basic pizza dough (see basic pizza dough)
200 grams of fresh cheese or requeson (salty ricotta)
2 tablespoons of fresh basil, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh oregano, minced
2 green zucchinis, finely sliced
2 yellow zucchinis, finely sliced
freshly ground black pepper
½ (60 grams) of grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare the pizza dough as explained in the recipe. And form a 30 cm disk. Place in a greased pan.

Crush or blend the fresh cheese or requeson, basil, thyme and oregano; spread on the pizza. Starting from the middle of the disk place the zucchini alternating from yellow to green, back and forth on top of the cheese layer. Season with black pepper, sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the base cooks and turns golden.
Note
Oven temperature 220C
If you can’t find yellow zucchini, only use green ones; the pizza will look and taste incredible anyway.
