Fettuccini alfredo

Ingredients
500 grams of noodles
155 grams of soft butter
125 grams of fresh parmesan cheese, grated
freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt. Drain well and keep hot in a large plate.
  2. Distribute pieces of butter and parmesan cheese over the hot pasta. Season with black pepper, mix and serve right away.

Note
So simple, yet delicious. If you want a complete meal serve with a well seasoned green leaf salad and French bread, finishing off with fresh fruit.
