Fettuccini alfredo 4 servings
Ingredients 500 grams of noodles 155 grams of soft butter 125 grams of fresh parmesan cheese, grated freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt. Drain well and keep hot in a large plate.
- Distribute pieces of butter and parmesan cheese over the hot pasta. Season with black pepper, mix and serve right away.
