Carrot and raisin salad 10 servings
Ingredients 1½ kilos of carrots, pealed and grated 125 grams of seedless raisins 60 grams of minced nuts
Orange dressing 1 cup (250 ml) of fresh orange juice 4 tablespoons of honey
Preparation
- In a salad bowl place the grated carrots and raisins.
- Dressing: Slight beat the orange juice with the honey. Pour over the carrots and mix. Sprinkle the nuts, cover and refrigerate until its served.
